Managing high-density, multi-tier cable routes across 8 distinct cable cross-sections while integrating ultra-sensitive UPS power supplies for automated precision automotive manufacturing lines.
Solution
Engineered segmented multi-tier galvanized cable ladder systems preventing harmonic interference, deployed calibrated torque termination for all heavy lugs, and conducted comprehensive load bank testing across circuits prior to final commissioning.
