Challenge
Erecting heavy 4-pole substation structures and terminating 11 kV high-tension lines adjacent to existing high-voltage feeder networks under strict regional utility safety clearance windows.
Solution
Utilized precision crane rigging with specialized hot-line safety supervision, pre-calibrated RTCC and protective relays off-site, and conducted high-potential (Hi-Pot) and transformation ratio testing to achieve flawless single-pass energization.
