Severe harmonic distortion from high-capacity variable frequency drives affecting overall power factor and motor longevity.

Solution

Our Approach

Installed detuned capacitor banks and active harmonic filters alongside ruggedized XLPE armored power cabling, bringing total harmonic distortion (THD) below 3%.
